"We discovered the works of Renato Dorfman on one of our semi-annual trips to the Yucatan Peninsula. One of his magnificent wall sculptures adorns a newly renovated lobby of the Royal Resorts where we stay, and we were struck by Dorfman´s masterful execution of a classical Mayan theme. Inquiries led us to Delia Ortega, Dorfman´s mother, who introduced us to more of his works and graciously assisted us in the making of our first purchase from the Renato Dorfman Galeria at La Isla Shopping Center in Cancun. Following that first purchase two years ago we have indulged our passion for Dorfman´s works several more times. His wall sculptures never fail to elicit raves and admiration from visitors to our home, and we daily enjoy the special ambience they bring to it. We must admit we were initially concerned about shipment. Would they arrive intact? Would they arrive at all? We should not have worried. Each shipment has arrived promptly, and the packaging has been so expert as to resist any damage whatsoever. Delia Ortega and Miguel Cuevas who have so ably and graciously facilitated our transactions are well at the top of our list of the best-ever sales representatives. Although we prefer to shop in person, we duly admire the Rentao Dorfman Galeria website. It keeps us up to date on new works and helps us to plan future installations in our home.
